Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Stephen Conboy's campaign wants this website to be accessible to as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technologies.
We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Using this website
We aim to ensure that visitors can:
- navigate the website using a keyboard;
- use the website with common screen readers;
- zoom and resize text without losing essential content or functionality;
- understand headings, links, buttons and form labels;
- read text against backgrounds with sufficient colour contrast;
- pause or avoid non-essential motion;
- use the website on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Accessibility status
The website has been designed with accessibility in mind.
It has not yet undergone a complete independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit, so we do not claim that every page and feature is fully compliant.
We will continue to review the site and correct accessibility issues that are identified.
Known limitations
We are not currently aware of any issue that prevents access to the website's main content.
However, differences between devices, browsers and assistive technologies may affect individual experiences.
If you encounter a problem, please contact us so that it can be investigated.
Proposals and documents
The nine proposals are presented as accessible website text rather than requiring visitors to download a document.
If you require information in another format, please contact us.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you have difficulty accessing any part of the website, please email stephenconboy@me.com.
Please include, where possible:
- the page or feature you were using;
- a description of the problem;
- the device and browser being used;
- any assistive technology involved.
We will review accessibility reports and aim to provide an appropriate response or alternative format within a reasonable period.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility will be considered whenever proposals, campaign information, forms or website features are added or changed.
